7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, external factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays may occasionally cause slowdowns.
If your package hasn’t arrived after 30 business days, please contact us at support@semyaessentials.com, and we’ll investigate the issue promptly.
If your package is confirmed lost, we will offer either:

8. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.
