We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to make your shopping experience smooth, fair, and worry-free.

Please take a moment to review our Refund and Return Policy, which outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product must include a valid proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation).

Please note that some items cannot be returned due to hygiene or personal use reasons (e.g., bedding, kitchen tools, personal care items, etc.). These exceptions will be clearly stated in the product description.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale”

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately — we’ll make it right.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund (depending on availability and your preference).

We may not be able to process claims reported after this period.


5. Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still be eligible for a return after receiving the item.


6. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll send you an email notification confirming receipt of your item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return is rejected (e.g., used or damaged item), we’ll notify you with the reason.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, contact us at support@semyaessentials.com — we’ll assist promptly.


8. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • For faulty or wrong orders, Semya Essentials will cover the shipping cost or provide a replacement free of charge.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.


9. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@semyaessentials.com, and we’ll provide further instructions.


10. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • First, check with neighbors, security, or your local post office.

  • If still not found, contact us — we’ll investigate with the shipping provider and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
